Maryann Moore is scheduled guest speaker at Women's Aglow meeting

Maryann Moore will be the featured speaker at this month's meeting of Women's Aglow Fellowship International, Peachtree City Chapter, Monday evening, July 17, and Tuesday morning, July 18. Both meetings will be held at the Calvary Temple Assembly of God, 202 Robinson Rd. in Peachtree City, next to Mowell Funeral Home.

Monday's meeting will begin with food and fellowship at 6:30 p.m., followed by the meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday's meeting will begin with refreshments and fellowship at 9:30 a.m., followed by the meeting at 10 a.m.

A nursery is provided for infants through preschoolers at no charge.

Maryann Moore worked for 12 years as a television producer for ABC until she had an experience that changed her world. “She had a supernatural encounter with God and was instantly delivered from alcoholism, “a spokesperson said. “Shortly thereafter, she left television and went into the ministry.”

In 1989, Moore became an ordained minister and served under Pastor McRay at the Victory Fellowship in Nashville.

“In 1998, she was released to help others fulfill the call on their lives for revival,” the spokesperson continued. “We hope all women in the community will join us in worship of the Lord Jesus Christ and hear this woman of God. They will be blessed.”

Aglow began in 1967 with four praying women and is now in 140 nations. The organization is a nondenominational fellowship of Christian women.
