Arbor Springs program offers prizes for sellers

Arbor Springs Plantation has announced its new Ambassador Program, which it calls “hassle-free and fun.”

Co-opting agents come to the sales office at Arbor Springs Plantation, register their clients, then spin the “Prize Wheel.” No matter where it stops, there's a winner. Phone cards, gift certificates, rounds of golf, golf balls, office supplies, gas cards and dinners for two are just some of the prizes.

When a co-op closes a sale at Arbor Springs, he or she receives a gift valued at $200 for the first closing. The second closing earns a $300 gift, and at the third closing a $500 gift is handed out.

At every closing the agent's name will be added to the grand prize drawing held at the end of the year, as a way to say “thank you” for selling a home in Arbor Springs.

Linda Mitchell, managing broker with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, recently received her closing gift from Ginger Wormuth, head of sales at Arbor Springs Plantation, at Linda's office sales meeting.
