Beebe is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, serving on the Member Services Committee. She is an Active Life Member of the Fayette Board of Realtors' Million Dollar Club and has served on the Education Committee, Mentoring Program and Noel November Committee.

Beebe, licensed in Georgia since 1991, is a 1992 graduate of the Georgia Realtors Institute, a member of the National Association of Realtors, and the Georgia Association of Realtors. She is also a member of the Association of Georgia Real Estate Exchangors, serving as Treasurer, 1995, Membership Chairman, 1996, President-Elect, 1997 and President, 1998.

Beebe is active in the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Small Business Council and the Existing Industry Committee. She was selected recently by the Fayette County Board of Commissioners to serve on the five-member Impact Fee Commission.

In addition to her professional memberships and affiliations, Beebe is active in the community. She has been a member of the Riverdale Presbyterian Church since 1985 and the Clan Morrison Scottish Society of North America, Inc. since 1994. She is an active member of the Metro Fayette Kiwanis and assists the local library through her membership with the Fayette County Friends of the Library. She has also assisted the local Fayette County American Heart Association with a variety of fund-raisers.
