New discovery made concerning Judas in Old Testment Bible code cluster

Judas, the man whose name is synonymous with betrayal, is the central figure in a newly discovered cluster of Bible codes found in a controversial section of the Old Testament.

Announcement of the discovery was made by the web site biblecodedigest.com, which publishes a monthly e-newsletter on the codes and maintains a web site at www.biblecodedigest.com.

The Judas codes are among hundreds of words, names and phrases concerning the crucifixion of Jesus Christ found encrypted in the original Hebrew text of the controversial 52nd and 53rd chapters of Isaiah.

Appearing near the equidistant letter sequence (ELS) for Judas are Hebrew words for “field of blood,” “thirty,” “shekels” and “silver,” “the Marys weep bitterly,” “enemy,” “money,” “potter's field,” “darkness” and “savior.”

In all, 31 ELSs relating to the story of Judas have been found in the cluster.

Bible Code aDigest estimates that the odds against all of the words in the cluster appearing where they do in the Hebrew text of the Old Testament by chance are 1 in 490,000,000.

“These probabilities suggest not only that these ELSs were not accidental,” said Ed Sherman, director of the Bible Code Digest, “but that they were placed in these original scriptures intentionally.”
