Fayetteville First United Methodist Church is offering summer activities and field trips each Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. for children ages four through fifth grade. Reservations are due Sunday prior to the scheduled event.

On Wednesday, June 28, a trip to the Dauset Trails Nature Center near Jackson is planned. There is no cost involved. Those planning to attend are asked to bring a sack lunch and a cold drink. Cool clothing and walking shoes are strongly suggested. The group will leave the church no later than 9:45 a.m.

On Wednesday, July 12, the group will go bowling. The cost is $6.50 per person and includes two games, shoes and lunch. Make checks payable to FUMC.

Activities and trips are also planned for August.
