After
complaint dismissed, does anyone see a pattern here? In connection with the news inquiries of regarding the Webb suit/e-mail story, I wanted to share a factual note. As you may know, an anonymous complaint was filed against me with the State Judicial Qualifications Commission in connection with my campaign for the Superior Court for the Griffin Judicial Circuit. The complaint enclosed my two page e-mail of Dec. 12, 1999, and the front page of my website (www.mrosekforjudge.com). The commission was empowered to take a wide range of actions with respect to my e-mail and my website including disqualification, a fine or a cease and desist order. Instead, they took no action, stating that no violations had occurred and that the anonymous complaint was therefore dismissed. Interestingly, my website was accessed by the anonymous petitioner on April 20, 2000 (as shown by the JQC complaint). This was the day before a series of anonymous copies of my e-mail were distributed and the week before the qualifying period for the superior court race. John Mrosek Peachtree City
