How dare you ruin my morning with the picture of that poor starving dog [The Citizen, May 10].

I have always enjoyed eating my breakfast and looking through your paper, but not today.

Thank goodness for neighbors that reported that horrible person. He should be given the same punishment as those innocent animals. His just reward will come when he answers to the Lord for what he did.

I must say that I can never trust your paper though. A story would have been enough; the picture was too much.
