Avery Park celebrates first home buyer

Avery Park, Pathway Communities' newest development in Newnan, has announced its first home buyers, Robert and Rebecca Bulla along with their children Jonathan and Cameron.

Both residents and entrepreneurs in Newnan, the Bullas own Indulgence Hair Salon, on the Court Square. Robert Bulla is also a plastics engineer with Atlas Precision.

The Bullas purchased a Morrison-built home. Morrison Homes was named “America's Best Builder” by Builder Magazine in 1999.

Chip Barron, co-owner of Lindsey's Realtors Inc. and the Bullas' Realtor, says, “With its reflections of historic Newnan, its planned commercial Village Square and impressive amenity package, Avery Park is the perfect community for the Bullas.”

Avery Park is projected to have 500 homes priced from the mid $100's to the $300's. With more than 40 percent green belts and open areas, the community will feature walking trails and paths, a competition size swimming pool, tennis courts and community parks.

In addition, Avery Park will have a combination of ultra-fast Internet connection potential, upgraded wiring in every home and an interactive community Intranet.

The Avery Park Information Center is at 506 U.S. Highway 29, just off the intersection of Farmer Industrial and Hwy. 29. The information center is open daily 11-6 and Sundays 1-6. For information, visit the Avery Park Web site at www.averypark.com, or call 770-252-9100.
