The newly completed office/warehouse building on Fulton Court in Peachtree City already has half of its eight units leased.

Constructed by General Lee Properties LLC, the commercial building division of Richard Simms Homes, the building has eight units with each containing 2,500 square feet of space.

The one-story facility has a brick-and-glass “storefront” look and stucco accents, and each unit is being finished to suit the tenant.

The rear of each unit has a large grade door for warehouse access. The building is designed so that the four still unleased units can be occupied by one large tenant or can be divided into separate units.

Builder Richard Simms said the facility is in the Peachtree City Foreign Trade Zone and has high-speed Internet access through cables provided by Newnan Utilities.

Richard Simms Homes has been one of the Peachtree City and Fayette County area's best known home builders in recent years. Simms is a past president of the Home Builders Association of MidWest Georgia and was the association's Builder of the Year in 1995.
