In reference to Frank Hyde's letter concerning Steve Brown:

I don't know Mr. Brown either, but bravo for him. If all of us had Mr. Brown's community spirit, concern, and knowledge about public affairs, there would be considerably less shenanigans in public administration.

If the price of democracy is vigilance, thank God for people like Mr. Brown.
