'Moms in Touch' founder will speak in Jonesboro tomorrow

Fern Nichols, founder of Moms in Touch International, a prayer ministry composed of more than 150,000 women, will speak in Jonesboro on Thursday, April 27 starting at 7 p.m. at the First Baptist Church. Her topic is “The Greater Work--Prayer.” Nichols will be training any interested women to intercede more effectively for their loved ones and the schools they attend on Friday, April 28 from 9 a.m. until noon. The morning session will also be at First Baptist.

The two-day event is offered free of charge and is open to any woman interested in deepening her prayer life. For more information, contact Michelle Holder, Moms in Touch area coordinator at 770-740-8659.

Moms in Touch International is a huge and expanding ministry. This worldwide prayer organization consists of approximately 33,000 groups in more than 80 countries. It is an interdenominational ministry made up of women who believe prayer makes a difference. These women come together for one hour each week, in groups of two or more, to pray for their children and the schools they attend.
