Robert Crow, president of The Crow Group, a local consulting firm working with companies to implement continual quality improvement processes, has been selected to be one of the presenters at the Ohio Quality and Productivity Forum.

The OQPF promotes a management theory based primarily on the teaching of Dr. W. Edwards Deming and his system of “profound knowledge.” OQPF is a non-profit organization serving both a regional and national customer base.

Founded in 1985, OQPF is best known for its annual Deming Conference that aims to explore and build the body of knowledge relating to managing organizations and people. Considered by many to be the pre-eminent conference of its kind, attendees typically come from 25 states, and several foreign countries.

Crow's presentation (Crashing With the Nose Up) will be based on a paper he delivered to The Third International Conference on Quality and Reliability in Paris, France this past year. For information visit the web site at www.oqpf.com.
