offers two acting classes for all ages this May Three workshops designed for different age groups will be offered by Offshoot Productions at the Peachtree City Library this spring. The first workshop, more comic improv, is designed for adults and teens 15 and older. The workshop focuses on acting for an audience without a script. The workshop is scheduled for Sunday, May 7, from 2 to 5 p.m. The cost is $20. The second workshop, the actor's instruments: voice and movement for the stage, will be Saturday, May 13, from 2 - 5 p.m. Geared to children 10 to 14, the session includes exercises and scene work to help young actors make the most of their natural abilities. The registration fee for the actor's instruments also is $20. The third workshop, stage basics for the young performer, is for children 6 - 9, and utilizes creative dramatics, theater games and simple scenes. The workshop takes place Sunday, May 21, from 2 - 4 p.m. and costs $14. The Peachtree City Library is at 201 Willowbend Road.
