The
circus comes to Fayetteville By MICHAEL
BOYLAN Is there anything better than a circus? Sure, you might come up with some answers like family, health or job security, but once you see the acrobats perform death-defying feats or several clowns hop out of a tiny automobile, all of those nagging thoughts fade away. Fayette countians will get the chance to remember the excitement of a circus this weekend, when the Hendricks Family Three Ring Circus comes to Fayetteville. The circus, brought by the Fayette County kiwanis Club, promises fun and thrills for the entire family. Trained animals, acrobats, aerialists, clowns and everything that makes up a circus will be under the big top at the Kiwanis Fair Complex on Goza Road. Performers in the Hendricks Family Circus come from all over the world and have toured around the country a number of times. The circus also will offer contests for the children, who could win cash and prizes and also guarantees that an adult may become a millionaire each performance. Free child tickets are avilable at local merchants and Fayette County Kiwanis members have adult tickets available at a $3 discount. Tickets at the circus will be $10 for adults and $6 for children. The circus will be presented Saturday, April 15 and Sunday, April 16 at 2 and 4:30 p.m. For information, phone 1-800-795-1484.
