Inman youth to present music program Saturday

The April “Saturday Night Alive” program at Inman United Methodist Church will be this Saturday, April 15, and will feature music presented by the youth of the church. The program is entitled “Rescue 101” and starts at 6:30 p.m. The community is invited to attend.

California publisher seeks religious poems

The Bards of Burbank is seeking religious poems from Fayette area residents to be entered in their millennium poetry competition. There is no fee to enter. National Heights Baptist plans luncheon, Seder

Members of National Heights Baptist Church will have a churchwide luncheon this Sunday at 12:15 p.m. following the Palm Sunday worship service. On Maundy Thursday, April 20, a Seder meal will be prepared and served at 6:30 p.m. The Seder will be led by Dr. Nancy deClaisse-Walford, professor of Old Testament at McAfee School of theology. The Maundy Thursday service will follow at 7 p.m.

Cornerstone men plan breakfast at Shoney's

The men of Cornerstone Bible Church in Fayetteville will have breakfast at Shoney's on Saturday, April 15 at 8 a.m. All men of the church are invited.

Noah's Ark Holiness Church schedules gospel sing

Noah's Ark Holiness Church will have a gospel singing, on Saturday, April 15 at 7 p.m. Featured groups are Noah's Ark Holiness Church's own “Heart Song,” “Inheritance” and “ New Harmony” from north Alabama, and “Sacred Aires” from Dalton. Refreshments will be served at 5 p.m. and at intermission. Donations are appreciated. Noah's Ark Church is located at 3460 Noah's Ark Rd. in Jonesboro.
