As the price of gas continues to climb, SummerGrove, Coweta County's top-selling master-planned community, is offering free fuel to Atlanta-area Realtors.

Each time a Realtor brings in a potential home buyer to The Overlook, SummerGrove's custom home neighborhood, they will receive a voucher for ten dollars worth of free fuel redeemable at one of three gas stations in Newnan.

With home sites of about one-half acre, The Overlook offers many golf course and woodland views. The Overlook has seven of the area's finest custom builders with homes priced from the mid $200's to more than $400,000.
