Monarch Village opens sales and information center in Henry

Pathway Communities is pleased to announce the on-site sales and information team for Monarch Village, a 440-acre master-planned community in Henry County.

Joe Colletti, vice president and director of the Builder Services Group of The Home Source Realtors, a subsidiary of Pathway Communities, is excited about the group assembled to market the unique community.

“After an extensive recruiting process, we have carefully selected a team of the finest new home sales and information specialists in the region,” says Colletti.

“Each team member has been matched with the neighborhood and builder best reflecting their individual approach to new home sales.”

Monarch Village is priced from the $100's to more than $300,000. The community will have a commercial Village Square featuring a variety of shops, offices and neighborhood services. An on-site elementary school also is proposed.

With more than 125 acres of green space and natural areas, Monarch Village has a 16-acre lake with boating facilities, a community clubhouse, competition-size swimming pool, eight lighted tennis courts and a collection of community parks and village gathering places.

In addition, the community will offer a technology program, including upgraded wiring for every home, the potential for ultra-fast Internet access and an interactive community intranet.

To visit Monarch Village, take I-75 south to exit 228. Go right on Ga. Highway 138 one-quarter mile, and turn left on Speer Road, then left on Walt Stephens Road. Monarch Village is on the right. The Information Center is open daily 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 1-6 p.m. For information phone 770-506-4565 or visit www.monarch-village.com.
