Creekside is staging its grand opening

Creekside, Tim Jones Communities' new 68-home development in Clayton County, has opened sales and is currently having its grand opening.

Lleda McCurty, Tim Jones Realty's builder representative in Creekside, urged prospective buyers to visit the community during the grand opening, since a price increase is anticipated this spring.

On Ga. Highway 23-42 in Ellenwood, Creekside is less than two miles from Interstate 675 and has convenient access to shopping and entertainment. The community offers homes priced from $104,900 to the mid $120,000s.

Creekside features six newly designed three- and four-bedroom plans from Tim Jones Communities, including traditional ranch and split-foyer designs. The community has street lights and sidewalks, and all front lawns are sodded.

McCurty, who previously represented the builder at Ivy Place in Clayton County, can be contacted at 678-422-0064 or 404-342-2509.
