The 163,200 lucky motorcyclists registered in Georgia won't have to travel far to find their pot of gold this coming St. Patrick's Day weekend.

The Cycle World International Motorcycle Show presented by Toyota Trucks will be rolling into town for its 10th year at the Cobb Galleria, March 17-19.

From BMW to Yamaha, all the top manufacturers will be there, showcasing the newest millennium model vehicles and accessories from the motorcycle, scooter and watercraft industries. Representatives from local dealerships will be on hand to answer questions and help enthusiasts find the perfect ride for their size and experience level.

A vast array of motorcycle products, from the biggest names to local retailers and dealers in the powersports industry, also will be on hand. There will be product seminars as well as The Factory, an interactive information interface for parts and accessories, which allows show-goers to obtain specific parts numbers for their vehicles.

Team Extreme also will be on hand this year, performing a hair-raising motorcycle trials demonstration. One trick features a motorcycle launching up a 10-foot vertical wall and then landing on a platform that is six inches narrower than the length of the bike. The group will perform its death-defying act all three days of the show. Another special guest at this year's show will be Biker Billy, America's favorite Harley-riding chef, who will give live cooking demonstrations throughout the weekend.

Along with the stunt team, the new bikes and accessories, the motorcycle show also has dozens of giveaway opportunities and the Cycle World Custom Collection. Local riders and riding clubs will showcase their bikes to the audience as well as offer enthusiasts a glimpse of the limitless restoration and customizing possibilities. There will also be vintage motorcycle displays for those who would like to see the beginnings of the sport.

Admission is $8 for adults and $4 for children 6-11. Children under 6 will be admitted free. Members of the American Motorcycle Association will receive a $1 rebate coupon to be redeemed at the AMA booth. Parking is free.

If you're looking for adventure, get your motor running and head out on the highway. The 10th annual Cycle World International Motorcycle Show won't be around forever. If you were Born to be Wild, don't miss it.
