SummerGrove is a hot seller

According to 1999 sales figures, SummerGrove at Newnan, a Pathway Communities development, was one of the top ten selling master-planned communities in the metro Atlanta region.

With approximately 175 home sales in 1999, SummerGrove was Coweta County's best-selling community and boasts the best-selling turn-of-the-century style neighborhood on the south side.

Wray Russell, chief operating officer at Pathway Communities, says, “Today's home buyers are sophisticated and savvy, and know exactly what they want. From home style and home builder choices to community amenities to an advanced technology infrastructure, we have sought to anticipate every need and exceed every expectation.”

SummerGrove has more than five miles of walking trails and pedestrian paths, a 100-acre lake, a competition-size swimming pool and an 18-hole public golf course designed by Jemsek Golf, one of the country's leading public golf course developers.

In addition, the community offers a unique technology program, including structured wiring for every home, the potential for ultra-fast Internet access and Atlanta's first interactive community Intranet.

Homes at SummerGrove are priced from the $130's to over $300,000.

SummerGrove is at the intersection of Lower Fayetteville Road and Shenandoah Boulevard in Newnan. Visit the information center daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m and Sunday 1 - 6 p.m. for details on SummerGrove builders and neighborhoods and to see a demonstration of technology that will change the way you live.
