StoneBriar development starts second phase with 74 homes

The first phase of the StoneBriar development in Fayetteville has closed out sales, and the three builders in the community have turned their attention to phase two, known as StoneBriar West.

The initial phase of the development, marketed as StoneBriar, consisted of 115 home sites and was the fastest-selling subdivision in its price range in the Southern Crescent.

StoneBriar West, the next phase, will have 74 homes in its first unit, and the prices will begin in the $160,000s.

The sales teams for the builders are already gearing up to market this phase, which they say will offer “new and exciting floorplans.”

The StoneBriar development is on Lester Road, which runs off Huiet Road near Fayette Community Hospital on Ga. Highway 54 west. When completely built out, the development will consist of approximately 277 single family homes.

The three builders are Ray Wright Homes, Ravin Homes Inc. and Chris Dixon and Associates.

Ray Wright Homes is represented in the community by Sue Barnwell, Ralph McCurdy and Sheila Jordan of Re/Max Results — phone 770-631-3300 or 770-716-0058. They are currently selling from the builder's model home in Brechin Park, which is on Ga. Highway 74 across from the Starr's Mill school complex.

DeSales Rossetti deGolian is the marketing representative for Ravin Homes, which is currently building a new model home in StoneBriar West. — phone 770-487-9608.

Jane Foster of Lee-Dixon Realty Inc., the marketing representative for Chris Dixon and Associates, is selling StoneBriar West from Magnolia Ridge, the subdivision directly across the street from StoneBriar West.

The Magnolia Ridge model home is at the main entrance to this community — phone 770-460-7026.

The amenities area serving the entire StoneBriar development is on Lester Road and is for the use of the community's residents only. It consists of a Junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, a 2,400-sq. ft. gazebo/cabana with restrooms, an equipped playground, a two-acre multi-purpose athletic field, a basketball court, a picnic area, a jogging track, sidewalks and a paved parking area.
