Peachtree City names
Builder of the Year The home
building team of Mike Harrell and Bob Dixon have
been named the 1999 Builder of the Year by the
city of Peachtree City.
The
duo was recognized by the city staff, development
officials and field inspectors for their erosion
control efforts, positive customer feedback and
overall performance.
Harrell
and Dixon are currently building in Blueberry
Hill, a Pathway Communities development.
Blueberry
Hill is a showcase of turn-of-the-century style
homes in Peachtree City. It's a collection of
only 38 homes featuring rear-entry garages and
alleyways, which create a pedestrian-friendly
environment and a small town atmosphere.
Most
homes surround two landscaped squares, featuring
sidewalks, park benches and an elaborate gazebo
that serves as a neighborhood gathering place.
Blueberry
Hill is connected to Peachtree City's 80-mile
cart path system and is convenient to
award-winning schools and Interstate 85 for
Hartsfield and northside commuters. Prices start
from the $180's.
The
furnished model is open daily 11-6 and Sunday
1-6. From Atlanta, take I-85 south to exit 12.
Turn left on Ga. Highway 74. Go approximately 10
miles and Blueberry Hill is on the left. For
information phone Lynne Bride at 770-487-4800.
