Pathway honored by national builders

Pathway Communities, the devleoper of Peachtree City, SummerGrove and Avery Park in Newnan and Monarch Village in Henry County, was recently honored at the National Home Builders Association's annual conference in Dallas, Texas with the National Silver Award for its corporate brochure.

The company's “We Develop More Than Land” brochure was competing against Disney's “Celebration in Florida,” Del Webb's “Anthem in Arizona,” Ladera Ranch in California and Cordillera in Colorado.

The National Awards are presented each year by the National Home Builders Association and recognize excellence in home building, marketing and advertising.

Prior to the National awards, Pathway was recognized by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association for having Atlanta's best Web site — www.pathwaycomm.com— best print ad any color (SummerGrove), and best community marketing campaign (SummerGrove).

Pathway also was awarded a Silver Award for best four-color print ad by a developer.

McRae Communications, Pathway's advertising and public relations agency, developed the brochure, web site, print ads and marketing campaign.
