Like many triathletes, Joe Domaleski struggles to meet the demands of the sport of triathlon.

But it's not what you think. Doing the swimming, biking and running is the easy part. The demands of working full-time, being a full-time father and husband, and then squeezing in training time when you can, can often be a struggle.

Domaleski will be presenting a “behind the scenes” look into how he trained for the Ironman-Florida Triathlon, a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride and a 26.2-mile run, to the Peachtree City Running Club at the next meeting.

Domaleski is a resident of Fayette County and a full-time computer software professional. He started participating in triathlons about four years ago and has participated in numerous road races, marathons and bike rides along the way.

Domaleski is a member of the Peachtree City Running Club, Atlanta Track Club and Tri-Atlanta. He will be the featured speaker at the Wyndham Executive Conference Center March 7 at 7:30 p.m.
