Flat Rock A.M.E. to host seniors, youth roundtable

Senior citizens and youth at Flat Rock A.M.E. Church will discuss “Fayette County Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow” in a roundtable discussion scheduled for this Sunday, Feb. 13 at 3 p.m. All community churches are invited to participate. Order a `singing Valentine' at McDonough Rd. Baptist

Members of McDonough Road Baptist Church will have an opportunity to send a "singing Valentine" to their friends and family members and support a youth project at the same time next week. Members of the Youth Choir will deliver a singing Valentine, a love song or friendship song, along with flowers and candy to your loved one, special friend or cherished family member on Valentine's Day for a cost of $25. Baptist ladies plan WMU lunch

Ladies at the Fayetteville First Baptist Church are invited to a WMU brunch at the International House of Pancakes (IHOP) this Saturday, Feb. 12 at 10 a.m. All ladies in the comunity are welcome.

FUMC ladies plan first unit meeting

Ladies at Fayetteville First United Methodist church will have their first UMW unit meeting with a luncheon in the church Fellowship Hall on Thursday, Feb. 10 at 11:30 a.m. The guest speaker will be Capt. Linda Partridge of the Fayetteville Fire Department who will discuss the "Vial of Life." The cost is $5 per person. Mothers, daughters to have luncheon in PTC

Mothers and daughters are invited to attend a luncheon on Saturday, Feb. 12 at Holy Trinity Catholic ChurchThe program will begin at 9:30 a.m. and close at 12:30 p.m. Attendance at the 9 a.m. Mass is optional. FFBC has pre-school opening for 3-year-old
