Real Estate Scene Beverly Mobley, sales
associate with CENTURY 21 Southern Crescent in
Fayetteville, recently attended the 1999 Masters
Program Retreat, an annual event for the
consistent top producing sales associates of the
CENTURY 21 system.
The
event was at the Sheraton Center Hotel in Toronto
and brought together sales associates from around
the country.
Carolyn McKillop,
sales associate with CENTURY 21 Southern
Crescent, has earned the professional designation
of VIP Specialist.
She
received the designation after completing a
series of performance development classes offered
through the company's training program.
We
are very proud of Carolyn for completing the
training necessary to receive this special
designation, said Anne Minter, broker and
owner of Southern Crescent.

Realty announced a new bilingual division opening
this month. Emy Quinones is heading up the
division, along with her assistant Mari-Sanchez
Schlottman.
A
member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors
Million-Dollar Club, Quinones is a native of
Puerto Rico and specializes in first-time home
buyers in the Hispanic community.

Realty recently hired several new sales
assistants.
Jodie
Schmits
relocated from the Indianapolis area and looks
forward to helping relocate families.
Abe
Abrams
joined the firm after being involved with real
estate for five years. He is a member of the
Providence United Methodist Church.
Christine
Garcia
joined the company after being involved in the
building business for four years. She is a
graduate of Sandy Creek High School and is
currently building her own home.
Paula
James also
was hired as a new sales associate. James moved
from Oregon three years ago and enjoys working
with relocating families.
