Susan Fitzgerald, Kim Ryan-Smith and Wyvonnia Smith-Gordon have been named the company's Agents of the Year by The Home Source Realtors.

Fitzgerald and Smith-Gordon garnered honors for highest number of transactions and most listings for the Peachtree City and Newnan general brokerage offices. Ryan-Smith was recognized as closed volume leader by the Builder Services Group, which markets new homes in selected Fayette and Coweta neighborhoods. “We are proud of our real estate professionals whose combined efforts resulted in The Home Source Realtors' most successful year ever,” said Tutt Larsen, managing broker.

Alec Boccuti — Bravo Award and highest number of referrals.

Wendy Brogdon — Most Valuable Team Player.
