starting at Jenkinsburg Station in Henry Co. Pre-sales
are now being accepted in Jenkinsburg Station, a
new single-family residential community just east
of Jenkinsburg in Henry County.
There
are 47 home sites in phase one of the 80-home
community. Prices of the homes range from
$100,000 to $130,000.
Building
the homes are Chamless Home Builders Inc. The two
builders are offering a large selection of ranch,
two-story and split foyer plans, and are also
willing to build from builders' plans.
