Homes are starting to sell quickly in Brechin Park

Thirteen homes have already been sold or placed under contract in Brechin Park, a modern community in Fayette County named for an ancient city in Scotland named Brechin (pronounced “Brecken”).

Just south of Peachtree City on Ga. Highway 74 south across from the Starr's Mill High School/Rising Starr Middle School/Peeples Elementary School complex, Brechin Park has approximately 80 minimum one-acre home sites with homes in the neighborhood priced from $200,000 to $300,000.

Some lake-front lots are available, and houses must contain at least 2,000 square feet.

At the current time, several spec homes are available for immediate purchase and occupancy.

The home builders in Brechin Park are Ravin Homes and Ray Wright Homes Inc., both of whom have model homes in the community.

Marketing the homes are Donna Simpkins for Ravin Homes and Sue Barnwell, Sheila Jordan and Ralph McCurdy of Re/Max Results for Ray Wright Homes.

The Ravin Homes model home can be contacted at 770-716-7830, while the phone number for the Ray Wright Homes marketing team is 770-716-0058.

Brechin Park contains two seven-acre ponds, Brechin Pond, which will belong to the homeowners association, and another pond which is owned by a private homeowner.
