John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods has introduced Habersham Homes into the Atlanta market.

Habersham Homes was created by John Wieland especially to meet the housing needs of growing families. The plans designed for the Habersham Homes line range from 3,200 square feet to more than 4,000 square feet and are priced from the low $200's.

Habersham Homes at Lakeside on Redwine is in Fayette County and will open early this spring, said a company spokesman.

Designed for large families, Habersham Homes expands the Wieland product line to accommodate the home buyer searching for more square footage and high quality at a lower price.
