Businesses announce changes

CNM Associates, the Atlanta-based asset management company, announced recently the addition of Westpark Walk in Peachtree City to their property management system.

The addition of this property brings CNM's asset management portfolio to more than 12 million square feet and the company will serve as Westpark's management and sing company.

Westpark Walk is an 86,000-sq. ft. specialty center anchored by Carmike Cinemas, along with restaurants and specialty stores.

Prudential Georgia Realty recently hired Misrak Ayalew for its Peachtree City location on Ga. Highway 54.

Ayalew is an active member of the real estate industry and studied at Santa Monica College and UCLA.

“We are always excited to add bilingual agents to our sales force. Misrak brings not only the ability to speak Amharic, a language spoken in Ethiopia, but also years of graphic experience,” said managing broker Lynda Dunn.

Pat Shepherd, president and CEO of The Bank of Georgia, has announced the addition of Clyde McArthur to the bank's staff.

McArthur joins the bank as a senior vice president and chief financial officer and will be responsible for the financial reporting and operations of the bank.

“We are extremely fortunate to get someone of his caliber for our bank. Clyde is a former CEO of Cartersville Savings Bank. He has the necessary education, experience and skills to be a very important part of our banking team,” said Shepherd.

The Bank of Georgia is set to open the middle of this month on Ga. Highway 54, just outside the Peachtree City limits.
