She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Reeder. She was a member of Cornerstone United Methodist Church, Newnan. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Dr. David Campbell officiating. Interment was at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City. Survivors include sons, Martin R. and Lonnie Reeder, Peachtree City, and David R. and Vicki Reeder, Ruckersville, Va.; grandchildren, David R. Reeder Jr., Dacula, Ga., James N. John Batten John Batten, 60, Jonesboro, died Dec. 19, 2004. He was born April 11, 1944 in Charlottesville, Va. He was preceded in death by his wife, Glenda Matthews Batten. Jane Huddleston Jane Huddleston, 84, Fayetteville, died Dec. 20, 2004. She was an active member of Fayetteville First Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, Danny and Lilleen Hammond, Greenville, N. C.; daughters, Paulette and Walter Dozier, Hayesville, N.C., and K. Louise Donaldson Kirby Louise Donaldson Kirby, 92, died Dec. 21, 2004. She would have been 93 on Dec. 26. She was born in Chamblee, Ga., the daughter of William and Nellie Collett Donaldson. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 70 years, Dwight Freeman Kirby, a son, Tolleson Kirby, and a granddaughter, Gwen Bramblett. She was graduated from Chamblee High School and played for a semi-professional basketball team, and was known as little bit. She had lived in Fayette County since 1941 working with her husband the farm, driving the tractor, growing vegetables, milking cows, and rearing four children. After the children were grown, she worked at Alfords store on the square in Fayetteville, and then as a tax clerk for Fayette County until her retirement. She was an excellent seamstress, loved flowers, gardening and cherishing her family. A longtime member of Fayetteville First Baptist Church, she and her husband worked in Training Union with young people. She was a member of the Wise Sunday School class, and as a charter member was involved with the start of Peachtree City First Baptist Church. Services were at the Fayetteville First Baptist Church with the Rev. Glenn Stringham and Dr. Marcus Bramblett officiating. Interment was at Fayetteville City Cemetery. Survivors include a son, Freeman and Dottie Kirby, Texas; daughters, Jerry and Marc Bramblett, and Donna Kirby, all of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Marcia and Mike Edge, Amy and Steve Waldron, Mark and Kelly Bramblett Jr., Matt and Sandi Bramblett, Leila and Mark Wathen, Freeman Rod Kirby Jr., and Dr. Wendy and Mark Speets; 12 great-grandchildren; a brother, Fred and Irene Donaldson, Douglasville; and a sister, Avie Donaldson Smith, Hiawassee.
