Bad Links? | ObituariesRalph c. Yarbrough Ralph C. Yarbrough, 91, Fayetteville, died Oct. 4, 2004. He was born June 23, 1913 in Hall County. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Oglesby Yarbrough in 2003. He was a retiree of Southern Railroad in Atlanta, Ga., and in 1958 became the founder and proprietor of Barbecue Kitchens of Forest Park and College Park. Graveside services were at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in College Park. Survivors include sons, Don and Barbara Yarbrough, Fayetteville, and Jim and Elaine Yarbrough, Peachtree City; a daughter, Nancy and Joe Edens, Fayetteville; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge. Mabel Bagby Moore Mabel Bagby Moore, 90, Fayetteville, died Oct. 7, 2004. She was born June 19, 1914 in Birmingham, Ala. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn L. Moore Sr. Graveside services were at Westview Cemetery, Atlanta, with the Rev. Charles Crenshaw officiating. Survivors include children, Judy and Cecil Renfroe, Fayetteville, and Glenn and Barbara Moore, Stone Mountain; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Betty Fincher, Vinings, Ga. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge. Grace T. McMichael Grace T. McMichael, 81, Fayetteville, died Oct. 8, 2004. She was born July 24, 1923 in Carroll County. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Bill Priester, and the Rev. Frank Strickland officiating. Interment was at Forest Lawn Cemetery, College Park. Survivors include Ellis McMichael, Patricia Asinof, and James Ellis McMichael, all of Fayetteville, Jeanine and Tony Reavis, Riverdale, and Jeanette and James Brown, McDonough; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; Ed and Hazel Evans, and Doris Williamson, all of Newnan, Nelson and Betty Thompson Jr., Riverdale, and Jewel and James Chambers and family, McDonough. Memorial donations may be made to Flat Creek Baptist Church, Fayetteville, or Cross Point Health Care, Newnan. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge. |
