Bad Links? | ObituariesRichard N. Pray, 65, Newnan, died June 22, 2004. He was born Nov. 16,1938. Memorial services were at the McKoon Funeral Home chapel. Survivors include his wife, Bonny Pray, Newnan; a son, Richard Scott and Lisa pray, Newnan; a daughter, Lori Ann and Louie Wilson, Newnan; and grandchildren Bonny-Nicole Meacham, Daniel Meacham, Jordan Meacham, and Tabitha Jean Pray, all of Newnan. McKoon Funeral Home, Newnan, was in charge. Dorothy Louise Cannon, 75, Franklin, N. C., formerly of Palmetto, died June 23, 2004. She was a native of Loundes County, G., the daughter of the late L. Berry and Wynema Hartley Coppage. She was an executive secretary for IBM for 20 years and owned and operated the Cannon Florist in Palmetto for 30 years. She moved to Franklin in 2000 where she owned and operated the Stitching Station. She was a member of the Coweeta Baptist Church. Services were at the Coweeta Baptist Church with the Rev. Davis Hooper officiating. Interment was at the church cemetery. Survivors include her husband of 45 years, B. L. Cannon, Franklin; daughters, Lynn and Tom Stephens, Bridgeville, Pa., and Teresa and Thomas Loggins, Axson, Ga.; a step-daughter, Sandra Pharr, Cummings, Ga.; brothers, Wayne Coppage and Gene Coppage, both of Pearson, Ga., Raymond Coppage, Vero Beach, Fla., and Ed Coppage, Savannah, Ga.; sisters, Ann Ellis, Vero Beach, Fla., Faye Bostrom, Texas, and Nell Ruis, Ellijay, Ga.; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Memorial donations may be made to the Coweeta Baptist Church Building Fund, 7890 Coweeta Church Road, Otto, NC 28763. Bryant Funeral Home, Franklin, N.C., was in charge .
