He was the Public Works Director for the City of Senoia for the past 4 years. He was actively involved in the First Baptist Church of Senoia and the Little league Baseball program. He was an avid fan of the East Coweta High School football team. Services were at the First Baptist Church of Senoia with the Rev. Ted Padgett and the Rev. Bill Lewis officiating. Interment was at the Senoia City Cemetery, Senoia. Survivors include his wife, Debra Price Hogan, Senoia; sons, Justin Hogan and Jarrod Hogan, both of Senoia: a brother, Paul Hogan Jr., Brevard, N.C.; sisters, Robyn Hogan Archulets, Virginia Beach, Va., Dawn Hogan Buffington, McDonough, Kim Hogan Christian, Maple Valley, Wash., and Doris Hogan Jones, Sour Lake, Tex. She was born Oct. 11, 1912 in Fayette County, daughter of Shannie Lynch and Florence Robert Adcock. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie R. Kidd in 1982. She was a member of the Westside Christian Church. Services were at the McKoon Funeral Home with Minister Gary Boyd and Minister Ben Blake officiating. Interment was at Oak Hill Cemetery, Newnan. Survivors include a son, Jimmy C. and Nina Kidd, Moreland; nephews, Charlie Durante, and Jim Caswell; and nieces, Virginia Durante, Nettie Jo Gargan, and Virginia Gargan. McKoon Funeral Home, Newnan, was in charge. Frances Elizabeth Nance Vincent, 91, Newnan, formerly of Cedartown, Ga., died Jan. 19, 2004. She was born Oct. 1, 1912, in Reidsville, N.C., daughter of James T. and Lillian Burton Nance. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Roger Neal Vincent, July 9, 1991. He had been probate judge of Polk County for 35 years. They had been members of the First Baptist Church of Cedartown for 54 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Newnan and a member of the Faith Euzialian Sunday School Class. Services were at the McKoon Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Gene Tyre officiating. Interment was at Northview Cemetery, Cedartown. Survivors include a daughter, Nancy Vincent and Max Bass, Newnan; grandchildren, Vincent and Laura Bass, and Beth Bass and Robert Brown Jr.; and a great-grandchildren, Tripp Brown, Jessica Brown, Callie Frances Bass, and Wallace Bass. He was a member of the Andrews Chapel United Methodist Church, and was retired from the commercial construction business. Services were at the McKoon Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Donny Smith, and the Rev. Jane Vaughn officiating. Interment was at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Newnan. Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Martha Ozella Gray Duncan, Newnan; daughters, Linda Duncan and Rick Waddell, and Martha Duncan and Cliff Smith; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
