Nathan Delmar Morrow Nathan Delmar Morrow, 22, Whitesburg, died Oct. 27, 2002. He was born Nov. 27, 1979 in Coweta County. Billy Thomas Martin Billy Thomas Martin, 80, died Oct. 28, 2002. He was born July 24, 1922 in Cook County, Ga., the son of Daniel and Roxie Martin. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Mason Martin. He had served in the United States Army in World War II, and was a paint foreman with Textron Company. He was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Lorena B. Floyd Lorena B. Floyd, 71, Greenville, died Oct. 28, 2002. She was born March 3, 1931 in Point Pleasant, W. Va., the daughter of the late Vallie and Elizabeth Durst Bauer. She was retired with over 40 years as office manager for Piedmont National Corporation. Sara Ann Nixon Windham Sara Ann Nixon Windham, 85, Atlanta, died Oct. 28, 2002. She was born Oct. 31, 1916 in Palmetto, Ga. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles L. Windham Sr., brothers, J. J. Nixon, and W. B. Nixon Jr., and a sister, Louise Allan. Grace "Jackie" Mozelle McCormac Grace "Jackie" Mozelle McCormac, 81, Sharpsburg, died Oct. 28, 2002, after a long bout with cancer. She was born April 26, 1921 in Havre, Mont. She was adopted early in life by Colonel Edward Thornton McPherson. As the child of a career Army officer, she traveled extensively. An educated lady, with a mind for business, she owned and operated several different entities, including restaurants and cemeteries. She loved nature and being outdoors and was an accomplished horsewoman. Charlie "Chuck" Lunsford Charlie "Chuck" Lunsford, 50, Gulf Shores, ala., died Oct. 29, 2002. He was born July 24, 1952 in Coweta County. Woodrow Kelley Woodrow Kelley, 83, Roswell, died Oct. 30, 2002. He was born Feb. 12, 1919 in Coweta County, Ga. He was a painter of both residential and commercial properties. He had been a veteran. Thomas H. Williams Thomas H. Williams, 82, Sharpsburg, died Oct. 31, 2002. He was born March 26, 1920 in Coweta County, the only child of the late Charles Aubrey and Maude North Williams. Paternal grandparents were William Boswell and Mattie Harrison Williams; and maternal grandparents, were Needham Angier and Susan Tinney North. He was a veteran of the United States Navy Seabees in the South Pacific in World War II. After the war, he built many homes and buildings throughout Coweta County. He was a member of the Sharpsburg Baptist Church.
