Trying to return a personal item

I am trying to return a personal article to someone but I do not know how to find him. He is a nice gentleman early 50'ish named Richard or Rich, drives a black BMW, lives in the Whitewater Creek area and has a grandson named Haley. Personal article was left in golf cart.
