Toys, gifts sought

Children's Restoration Network, a local nonprofit that supports homeless children living in shelters in 14 counties of metro-Atlanta, is having its seventh annual 12 Days of Caring Toy and Gift Campaign from Dec. 4 - 23.

New toys can be dropped off at any area Publix Supermarket during this time. Gifts are especially needed for the older children, i.e. sports equipment, board games, portable CD players, walkmans, makeup, toilettries and large size clothing.

Again this year CRN will host a gigantic gift wrapping party during the weekend of Dec. 15 at ShipXact in Norcross to sort, wrap and tag gifts for over 1,100 homeless children.

Volunteers are needed for collecting toys, wrapping and deliverying to shelters. For information visit www.childrn.org or phone 770-649-7117.
