Wednesday, August 8, 2001 SummerGrove has record-breaking 6 months As SummerGrove at Newnan tops its 200th home sale for the year and its 500th since the community's inception just two years ago, Maria Fabre-Hickman, Information Center manager at SummerGrove says the past six months at SummerGrove have been record-breaking ones. "We have not only seen a dramatic increase in consumer traffic and home sales, we have seen our customer base broaden to include all of Georgia and many of our bordering states," says Fabre-Hickman. "At this rate, we are positioned to be one of the best-selling master-planned communities in the Atlanta area." Peggy Sullivan, director of marketing at Pathway Communities, the developer responsible for SummerGrove, says the success is based on several factors. "From its amenity package and championship golf course, to its proximity to the airport and downtown, to its technology program, SummerGrove is attractive to a wide range of homebuyers," states Sullivan. "The community's award-winning builder team and variety of product also add to the community's appeal." Sullivan also credits SummerGrove's unique advertising campaign for the community's success.
