recreation departments form wheelchair basketball league
The Fayette County
Recreation Department, Peachtree City Recreation Department and Tyrone
Recreation Department have combined efforts to provide a wheelchair
basketball program for those individuals with physical disabilities.

Lady
Lakers get first conference win against Lander
Clayton College
& State University freshman Amber Wood scored 24 second-half points,
including 10 straight free throws in the final 45 seconds of the game,
leading the Lady Lakers to their first conference win of the season
Saturday, 88-84 over Lander University.
