Free seminar at Gold's

Gold's Gym on Ga. Highway 54 in Peachtree City is hosting a free fibromyalgia seminar Feb. 19 from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m.

The speakers are:

James Fugedy, M.D. medical director of Benchmark Integrative Medicine LLC in Peachtree City. He is board-certified in anesthesiology and addiction medicine, and has specialized in pain management.

Linda Famularo director of group fitness for Gold's Peachtree City East and West health clubs. She is responsible for more than 80 classes at the two facilities, including the arthritis and fibromyalgia classes. She also holds numerous professional certifications including aquatics, power pacing, personal training, yoga, arthritis and fibromyalgia.

Seminar topics include:
