Airline career fair is next week

Everyone knows someone who has always wanted to be a flight attendant.

"Ignore what you thought you knew in the past about the 'stewardess'career", says Tim Kirkwood, a 25 year airline flight attendant and author of the popular Flight Attendant Job Finder & Career Guide. Once the part-time job for the young, single and slender women of America and Canada, this highly desired career is now available to men, minorities, 'empty nesters', and middle-aged persons as well.

The company will be conducting an aviation career AirFair in Atlanta on February 9-10, 2001 at the Georgia International Convention and Trade Center. There will be more than 50 companies in attendance to recruit for all job categories, such as flight attendant, pilot, mechanics, sales, ticketing, etc. Included in the list are local companies such as Delta and ComAir. There is a nominal fee to enter the hall.

In addition, we are offering career seminars on the flight attendant, pilot and mechanic careers, presented by the recruiters from various attending companies.

AirFair hours are Friday February 9th, 3p.m. - 7 p.m. Saturday February 10th, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

For more information, as well as a constantly updated listing of all the attending companies and what they are recruiting for, go to www.aepsairfairs.com.
