Safety and Training- Seriously?

Wow!! Training is the best predictor of actions....hooking into a standpipe instead of the FDC? Interesting, thank the lord the interior crews didn't need that line! Well, just the latest in the everyday circus that is the norm within the geographical borders of PTC. It's dangerous peeps, don't hurt yourself working to hard to overcome certain inadequacies.. Maybe the next three hour training will go over basic things..wait, that is as basic as it gets! Really, the blind leading the blind.........

Please stop using this forum to air your issues, instead use your energy to make a positive impact on the organization. If you don't think that's possible, maybe you need to move on to that "perfect department", as I always say the grass is always greener somewhere else. If you would like to talk with me about issues you might have, I'm always around town and available to talk, and would prefer finding positive ways and steps we all can do to improve what I consider a rather great (not perfect) organization. Then again, not everyone has the same opinions and idea's of what's perfect, guess thats why it's not a perfect world. Again, seek me out if you would like to talk, but please stop the negative blogging here.
