Musicology of Newnan is pleased to announce a performance of Land of the Sky concert by acoustic musicians Al Petteway and Amy White. Al's music will be featured in the upcoming PBS Ken Burns documentary The National Parks: America's Best Idea, set to begin airing on September 27. A workshop with Al is scheduled for 1:00 the day of the concert.
Petteway worked many years for National Geographic. Al and Amy's photographs of the Appalachian mountains will be part of this exciting multi-media production.
