Cecelia Eley, Fayetteville, died July 25,2009. Services were at Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, with interment at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City. Survivors include a daughter, Amber Eley, Fayetteville, ex-husband, Andrew C. "Andy" Vaughn, Fayetteville; sister, Marsha Eley, Fayetteville; and grandchildren, Hunter Vaughn, Claire Vaughn, Jada Vaughn, Nathan Vaughn, and Marsha Eley, all of Fayetteville. Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, was in charge.
