What is the deal with Jimmie Mayfield Blvd?

Does anyone know why the construction of this road has stopped? Also, why isn't there curb and gutter since it is required everywhere else in Fayette County on new construction?

I for one, can't wait for the two new red lights. It seemed like it wasn't taking enough time to get home before, I'm glad they're finally taking care of that problem! We really have been lacking a serious traffic nightmare on the southside.

Fayette County sure is on a needless red light building spree right now...

Design change approval from the A.R.C. so that they know exactally where to put the MARTA stops...BLESS
