Daniel Y. Veale, 13, Newnan, died Oct. 22, 2008. He was born March 24, 1995 in Cobb County. He was a student at O. P. Evans Middle School in Newnan.

A memorial service was at Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jerry Yates officiating.

Survivors include his parents, John and Miriam Bridges Veale, Newnan; his twin brother, Corry Veale; grandparents, Mary Bridges, Newnan, and Corry and Eva Veale, Chamblee; aunts and uncles, Tony and Kathy Veale, Lawrenceville, Lynda and Jimmy Bentley, McRae, Ga., Alan and Mindy Bridges, Atlanta, and Joey Bridges and family of Newnan.

Memorial donations may be made to the Mt. Carmel United Methodist Playground Fund, 934 Summers McKoy Rd., Newnan, GA 30263.
