Jan Marie Cooper, 41, Peachtree City, formerly of Owensboro, Ky., died Sept. 16, 2008. She was a member of Christ Church at Whitewater and enjoyed scrapbooking. Services were at Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home chapel with Pastor Steven Carpenter officiating. Interment was at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City. Survivors include her husband, David Cooper, Peachtree City; sons, Michael King, Owensboro, and John Cooper and Zachary Cooper, both of Peachtree City; a daughter, Megan Hamilton, Owensboro; a stepdaughter, Sammie Jo Cooper, Owensboro; parents, John and Christine Allen, Cadiz, Ky.; and a sister, Nancy Sparks, Owensboro. Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
