Enough is Enough

Wow, I have to say that I'm feeling a bit as though I've somehow left reality and entered a scary B movie filled with people that are cloaked like Christians, but yoked like Beelzebub. While I am a strong believer in God, I tend to be distrusting with many folks whom call themselves "Christian" or act out or act upon because of their so called "Christian" Values. I'm not pointing my finger to anyone in particular. I believe if you have a true and good heart, ultimately it will all be revealed to you. I realize that sometimes we just "think" we're right in our opinions only to realize later on that we were very very wrong. And in saying so, only a true Christian would be so inclined as to stand up and take ownership in their wrongness.

Unfortunately some of my experiences with people that called themselves a Christian haven't been very good ones. As a matter of fact thinking of some of the things that happened it makes me want to cry. As a child I brought my best friend to church. I wanted to introduce her to God. We were just children and children will be children. We were running through the hall, giggling as children often do when all of a sudden this woman came from out of nowhere! She had very long fingernails and she grabbed my friends little arm very hard and dug her long nails into her skin to the point that blood came out. Needless to say, she cried and never ever went back to church with me again.

An Elder at the church condemned a woman that was a member of the church; merely because she was going through a divorce. They didn't bother to ask her if the man was a retch and cheating on her. Did God really give that Elder so much authority? Or did he bestow that position upon himself?

Which brings me to my point. I can not for the life of me understand how a person or persons could take something as simple as blogging and turn it into the nightmare of the century for a family. What kind of a person, let alone a self proclaimed Christian person would even think of being such a deviant as to become a detective, seek out a fellow blogger's true identity, cherry pick words that "seem" damning (oh shoot, did I just use that word?) but weren't written to be ingested in the context in which the self appointed judge submitted them. And then the pièce de résistance; contact his employer and accuse him of being "unchristian". Who would have EVER thought the ignorance would transfer from the self appointed judge to the head master of the mans job to the point that he loses his job? Huh???? This IS the 21st Century isn't it????? I mean....for heaven's sake they are taking God out of our schools and fighting to take GOD off our money. And they make us remove memorials in front of court houses merely because it mentions GOD. And this man or should I say family loses their job and possibly everything including having to move far away from their Grand children because of a few words formed on a computer on his own time????? I've read that it's even worse than just the aforementioned but that he and his wife are both battling horrible illnesses. And people such as, well I won't even mention your name. I'm sure you'll figure it out. For me reading your tainted and insincere words quite frankly really made me angry. You compare yourself and your life to this man's life? What a crock! This is the sickest, most disturbing thing I've heard in a long time. For someone to actually have the fortitude to seek out and destroy another persons life simply for a freaking blog!!!! WHAT?????? And some people look at it so lightly? How dare you look at it so lightly. How uncaring and obtuse of you. I'm never one to arm myself and seek out someone whose hurt me. I believe that is God's job. As for the purpetrators and bringers of bad tidings upon this mans entire family; it is now up to God to deal with you. It would really be nice if some of you would stop being so rude and uncaring. Such is the type of so called Christian that drives souls away and I believe when you drive a soul away, you then become responsible for that soul. Do me a favor and swallow any of your nasty finger pointing words toward Mr. Linville. It seems to me that he's had enough and has demonstrated a far superior Christian attitude than I've seen....well.....ever in this life.
Time to move on....I just needed to say my peace. I pray for health and prosperity for the Linville family and justice where justice is deserved.

Good message. Whoever did this to muddle will be paid back in full. That is a biblical principle and also a principle of karma.

You cannot purposely do evil and stay on the right side of God.

Vengeance is mine! I have no idea why the college let Muddle go, but he certainly isn't the first person to be canned. I have been before for no good reason, politics and budgets usually are the problem.
If someone on here was the instigator of it all---they have a strange religion, unless they knew much more than the rest of us! However, we must remember that the college did the deed and had their own reasons, right or wrong. Write the college and see!

Who is Karma?

Yes. What this person knew was that I was observed in my office wearing a mink, a tiara, and spiked heels and high-kicking to Donna Summer's Bad Girls.

The red sequined thong. Did they have something against Donna Summer? She is making a come-back and I am sure you will also.

Good enough for me!
There was nothing else except what was read by the college at someone's suggestion.

I told you the mink in the summer would be to much for the fashion police, I said use the faux fur, it's more PC.

Well it's off to the school to set up and cook for 500 people, talk at y'all later.

I yam what I yam....Popeye

There's a big man behind that fuzzy face. I think they call that being Christlike. We can all learn from Muddle's example. As for me..... I'm more Peterlike. You know... grab a sword and whack off his ear. Evil

BTW.... who is Mr. Linville? What does that famous author have to do with this subject anyways? Puzzled

Yes, I would agree. So it seems that Mr. Linville is a big man behind that fuzzy beard, with big ideals and a pen as a sword. Albeit, he doesn't seem to be whacking anyone's ears off. On the contrary, he's the poor soul that was whacked. I wrote "Enough is Enough" in response to something that someone else on this site wrote about Mr. Linville. It was accusatory and I felt that it was wrong. It sparked me to to write something in defense of a man I've come to admire. He has a true gift in his writings and I enjoy reading them.

I haven't written a lot on this site. I visit and read mostly. So sorry if I posted in an inappropriate space. LOL! Oh, to answer your question, "Who is Mr. Linville"? Apparently he is a Philosophy Professor at a local Christian College. Well, he "was" a Professor until someone or I guess a few people on this site sabotaged him and caused him to lose his job. His wife has been extremely ill, she almost died and he himself has a terrible illness. So, now he has no job and possibly no health insurance. Now they may have to uproot and move away from their children and grand children too. All because someone or someone's are hateful, mean and vindictive. So, that's why I had to defend him. I can't imagine what they must be going through.
Smiling (see, I don't know how to use the smiley's) ha ha..
