Latitude 33

I'm thinking of going there for lunch today, and I was wondering; how are the lunch menu prices? I have heard they were a little pricey. I have heard a lot of good things and a very few bad so I think the good wins. Thanks for the help.

Thanks Sky.
Ann and I had lunch yesterday at Latitude 33, and it was great! I have heard a lot of opinions (good and bad) regarding the Lat, foremost were: price, service and the (get this) rolls. The price issue was lunch versus dinner. The Lat now has a stand-alone lunch menu and is virtually the same as the chains. They have a light selection in the rear of the main menu. The service concerns were only growing pains as I had excellent service. The rolls (c'mon is the really a deal-buster?) have been changed and are now whole-grain. I feel the need to say something about the quality and quantity of food. Quality is in the eye of the beholder and I beheld some pretty good food. The quantity, on the other hand is of some concern, I couldn't finish my meal and we were forced to take the remainder home. I will return and hope the the Lat stays around for a long time.
Ok, so if I had the choice to give my money to a nameless, faceless uber-corporation or a locally owned place, what do you think I'll do?

I ate at Latitude a couple of weeks ago. Food was decent and everything was acceptable. Heck... It ain't like we're sitting on the coast getting the best of the best.

Finally ate at Pies on Pizza tonight. I definetely be back. I'm now addicted to the salad and bread.

That is the downfall of being land locked. Even if we were on the Florida coast - the Mahi would be from Ecuador, the snow crab from Alaska, tiger shrimp from Bangladesh, etc.

I have been to this place for lunch and dinner. Great food, the prices are the same as any chain restaurant. But the best part is the food is cooked fresh.
